Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 to 7 days to process your order for items in stock. For made to order items, processing time could take up to 2 weeks. You can expect an email from us to let you know when your item is on the way in which we will provide a tracking number to you.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Please note, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to us. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gigglemake@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
